Known in the martial arts world to be a bit of a recluse who treasures the traditional martial arts and their inherit value, he has dedicated his martial arts life to propagating the teachings of his legendary Hawaiian/Chinese Grand Master and martial arts father – Dr. Daniel Kalimaahaae Kane Pa’i.
Grandmaster Wilson has been training in the martial arts for more than sixty years – nonstop! On Glenn’s 10th birthday he began what would become a lifelong devotion to martial arts. He started in Kodokan Judo where he learned traditional discipline at a young age. When he was 16, he witnessed a Kenpo demonstration of the Tracy’s Kenpo System that captivated him more than anything he’d ever experienced in the arts. The smooth, fluid and extremely powerful techniques mystified the young martial artist, who to this day holds a major reverence for its curriculum. Glenn studied the various Kenpo disciplines of Tracy’s Kenpo, Traditional Shorinji Kempo, Chinese Kenpo and the style that would stay with him for life – The ancient Bok Leen Pai (White Lotus) Kenpo of Southern China. He made the natural transition from his Kenpo roots to the various studies of Chinese Chuan Fa - Koushu (Kung Fu)
Glenn trained in Gong Yuen Chuan Fa, Lo Han Chuan, Moi Fah Chuan, Five Animal methods, White Crane, and Pai Te Lung Chuan of Pai Lum Tao – a style that captured his imagination and gave new meaning to his martial arts pursuits. The internal influences that would help him center his life and training were practiced in Pai Lum Tao’s systems of Pai Yung Tai Chi, Quan Nien Pai Chi Kung and Chin Kon Pai Meditation. Glenn’s life would change for the good in the mid-seventies when he went from the private outdoor (very secluded) training of Master Jim Mcintosh (Taiwanese Kuoshu military arts) to being accepted as a direct disciple of martial arts Hawaiian/Chinese legend Great Grandmaster Dr. Daniel Kalimaahaae Kane Pai. Glenn has been a loyal student and representative of the martial arts pioneer and legend – Dr. Daniel K. Pai to this day. He is keeping the work and dream of his teacher / martial arts father alive for all to benefit. For this was requested by his teacher/father for the sake of the system and students alike.
Grandmaster Wilson has had a truly illustrious career. As a competitor in the seventies, he was a member of the U.S. Team and won five world titles and eight U.S. National titles. In the eighties he served for four years as a coach on the U.S. Team. Grandmaster Wilson has appeared in virtually every major Martial Arts magazine and accumulated a record of 13-0 as a kick boxer in the 70s. He was the head coach for the famed ‘Pai Lum Tao Lei Tai (Chinese Full Contact) world champion team for four years. During those years they set a standard of Chinese Kuoshu full contact fighting. He was awarded six Golden Belt awards in tournament competition while accumulation over 250 career trophies in open tournaments – sparring, forms, weapons and full contact fighting. In 1979 he was elevated to ‘Master Higher Level ranking in the Traditional Chinese Martial Arts by the International Chinese Kuoshu Federation (National Martial Art of Taiwan) council and Dr. Daniel K. Pai. He has served in Taiwan and mainland China (Beijing and the famed Shaolin Temple) as a coach, teacher and ambassador of U.S.A. for Chinese martial arts many times throughout the years. This he has done to strengthen cultural bonds between the East and West.
During his successful career he has been inducted into six Martial Arts Halls of Fame, including Inside Kung Fu Magazine, Official Karate Magazine, Pan China Confederation of Martial Arts, White Dragon Warrior Society, World Martial Arts HOF and Ultimate Warrior Hall of Fame. As an accomplished author Grandmaster Wilson has authored many articles in several different magazine publications in 7 different languages worldwide. He has authored six published books pertaining to the Pai Lum Tao system that are sold worldwide.
As a personal protection specialist, he has secured the safety of such celebrities as Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton, Charles Barkley, Larry Bird, The Beach Boys, Three Dog Night, The Righteous Brothers, Huey Lewis, Liza Minnelli, Barbara Mandrel, Eddie Murphy, Diana Ross, Larry King, Don ‘the dragon’ Wilson, General Norman Schwarzkopf and many more. He has appeared in and served as fight choreographer for action movies here in the U.S and in Europe.
He presently serves as President and Senior Professor of Glenn Wilson’s Kung Fu & Tai Chi Centers and the White Dragon Warrior Society which have representative teachers in North America, Central America, Caribbean, Europe, Asia and is the largest Pai Lum Tao Martial Arts organization in the world! As an esteemed member of the Global Chinese Kuoshu Wushu Society he spends much of his time teaching seminars throughout the world and sharing his gift of Chinese / Hawaiian Martial and Healing Arts.

Kuoshu History:
1975 -  Awarded 3rd Higher Level by Master Jim McIntosh (Merchant Marine stationed in Taiwan) and the International Kuoshu Federation Taiwan Institute of Education.
1979 – Awarded master’s degree by Dr. Daniel Kane Pai, International Chinese Kuoshu Federation and the United States Chinese Kuoshu Federation.
1980 – 1984 – Coach on the Pai Lum Tao U. S. Kuoshu Fighting, Forms and Weapons Team.
2001 – 2005 – Head Coach on the award winning Pai Lum Tao - Lei Tai championships – United States Chinese Kuoshu World Championships Team.
2005 – Director/ Promoter United States Chinese Kuoshu Federation Championships at Disney World – Orlando, Florida.
