SiBok Hal Cassell is a prominent figure in the Gray Dragon Martial Arts Society, holding the esteemed rank of 9th-level black sash, and successor to The Gray Dragon Martial Arts Society. A lifelong student of Sijo Rusty Gray, Cassell began his martial arts journey at age 5 in 1977, training in the Gray Dragon White Tiger Martial Arts system, which integrates Ng Family Wing Chun, Chinese kickboxing, western boxing, Wa-Lu Chuan Fa, and Kali stick and knife fighting. 

Cassell has competed in many Tournaments, and is a three-time Nashville City full contact Kickboxing Champion. As the president of the Sigung Board, appointed by Sijo Rusty Gray, he plays a vital role in preserving and teaching the system alongside esteemed grandmasters such as Sigung Nancy Compton,  Sigung Ashley King, and Sifu Brandon Samuels. His contributions support the Gray Dragon Martial Arts Society’s legacy of having trained over 25,000 students and promoting more than 1,000 black belts.
