Sigung Muelling has been training in the martial arts for more than 24 years! On July of 2001 Scott began the path down the Pai Lum Tao road with his first Kung Fu class in West Allis Wisconsin under Sifu Willian Sciano and hasn’t looked back since.  He has been a dedicated student throughout the years, working diligently to perfect the art.

On November 11th of 2007, earned his First Higher Level in Pai Te Lung Chuan Kung Fu in Orlando Florida directly from Grandmaster Glenn Wilson.  Once returning home, opened his own school, Iron Dragon Kung Fu in Big Bend Wisconsin (December 2007).  Over the years, he has taught hundreds of students ensuring that his knowledge and skills would be passed down to as many people as possible.  This is not only an art, but also a FAMILY.  It has been a privilege and honor to be on the floor with so many of his brothers and sisters in both instructing and learning.  In addition to teaching, he continued to build his knowledge in the Pai Lum Tao Art, earning the following:

Second Higher Level in Pai Te Lung Chuan Kung Fu (2010)

First Higher Level in Pai Yung Tai chi (2012)

First Higher Level Black in San Shou (2014)

Fourth Higher Level (Master) - Pai Lum Tao (2014)

Certified Black Belt with Pan China Confederation of Martial Arts (2016)

Second Higher Level in Pai Yung Tai Chi (2018)

Fifth Higher Level - Pai Lum Tao (2018)

Sixth Higher Level (Senior Master) - Pai Lum Tao (2020)

Sigung Muelling has also spread his wings outside of Wisconsin by represented Pai Lum Tao in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Washington, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida, Ireland, Northern Ireland and China (2006 and 2016).  These training events and/or Competitions produced a lot of blood, sweat and tears which were left out on the training / competition floor.  He looks forward to continuing down this path with love in his heart and power in his techniques.  He is Pai Lum Tao!
